Building Family Loyalty
With this being more important than ever in today’s economic climate, we asked 1,000 parents their views on the current family dining experience. The aim was to further understand the impact of children’s activity packs in the hospitality industry and what value they added to dining out. With restaurant choice being larger than ever and parents making more informed decisions, this gold standard research gives an invaluable insight into today’s eating out behaviours. The results really make for some interesting reading!

Focus on Kids
Capturing the perspective and original ideas from our target audience provides much needed, honest feedback about our children's activity packs and takeaway packaging. Craftis are happy to organise child focus groups, questionnaires for parents and team guides to help drive bespoke projects forward.
By listening to our customers, Craftis now manufacture wax triangular crayons that won't roll off the table. A big hit with both parents and team members, Craftis supplies its customers an additional 5 million pre-packed triangular crayons on top of the original 5 million round crayons already sold year on year.
